- Amazing service and incredibly accommodating staff. We had arranged to pick up the car at the crack of dawn, way before opening hours, and it wasn’t a problem. When our train got in two hours late, there was not a hint of irritation, just quick, professional service. We also had some shenanigans dropping the car off, and again, we’re accommodated, and helped. Though we apologized profusely, and we’re not jerks, we still fall under the umbrella of difficult customers, yet we’re never made to feel like that.
